Why OpenFMHY?

FMHY is a great resource, but their contribution guidelines reject a lot of perfectly good content. Here's what they don't allow — and what we do:

  • Paid / Trial Sites — FMHY rejects all paid or free trial sites (except select VPNs and Debrid). We list them.
  • Emulators — FMHY only links to index sites for emulators. We list individual emulators directly.
  • Web Browsers — FMHY only accepts privacy-focused and mobile browsers. We list all good browsers.
  • Leeches — FMHY defers to existing leech lists rather than listing them. We include them.
  • Linux Distros — Only index sites on FMHY. We link distros directly.
  • Non-English Software — FMHY rejects non-English APKs, games, and torrents unless they have exceptional reputation. We include everything.
  • Coding Libraries — "Too many of them" says FMHY. We say there's never too many.
  • Mining / Betting Sites — FMHY bans anything related to betting, mining, BINs, and CCs. We leave it up to the user.
  • Multiplayer Hacks — FMHY rejects hacks that give unfair advantages. We don't judge how you play.
  • Custom OSs — FMHY "doesn't recommend people use these." We let you decide.

OpenFMHY has no gatekeeping. No moral filtering. Just links. Updated daily from the upstream wiki.
